Leadership of Christ Community Presbyterian Church
Reverend Robert M. Gray
Joe is a graduate of Grove City College and has a Master of Divinity from Southern Seminary. He believes that the Christian life, as Eugene Peterson has written, is “a long obedience in the same direction.” Joe has pastored in a number of locations including Murfreesboro, Tennessee; Springfield, Massachusetts; and Hartford, Connecticut. A native of Connecticut, he has a deep desire to see a gospel-proclaiming and mission-minded church in his home town of Suffield -- and to that end, has been working toward planting Trinity Grace Church. Joe and his wife Kelly met at Grove City College and were married in Buffalo, New York 15 years ago. He is a proud father of a daughter named Audrey and sons Micah, Ethan, & Caleb.
A graduate of Taylor University with a B.A. in History, and with a M.Div from Reformed Presbyterian Theological Seminary, Rob was ordained in the PCA in 2012 and was elected our Senior Pastor in 2017. He served for five and a half years as Assistant and Associate Pastor of City Reformed Presbyterian Church (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania). As a native of Connecticut and with a heart for New England, Rob's desire is to serve Christ here through the faithful ministry of the Word. He and his wife, Erin, have been married 15 years and have three children: Liza, Owen, and Heather.
